GraphAI has obtained Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Software Path certification. The AWS Partner Software Path is an official certification granted after a comprehensive evaluation of a software’s technical capabilities, system stability, and security within the AWS cloud environment. GraphAI achieved this certification by passing the Foundational Technical Review (FTR) — the most critical and rigorous step in the certification process — with its ‘GraphON’ and ‘VectorON’ solutions, demonstrating global-level technical reliability.

With this certification, companies worldwide can now easily and confidently adopt GraphAI’s solutions through the AWS Marketplace without complex procedures. The core technologies behind this certification will serve as the foundation for GraphAI’s integrated solution, AkasicDB. AkasicDB is an industry-first product capable of simultaneously processing three different types of data — relational data, graph data, and vector data (for AI analysis) — within a single system.

In particular, AkasicDB provides integrated management of various forms of unstructured data held by enterprises — such as Word and PDF documents, images, and charts — transforming them into a state optimized for AI learning and utilization. This eliminates the need for companies to build separate, complex data conversion systems, reducing operational costs and enabling the development of AI agent services that can provide more accurate responses and perform tasks based on internal corporate data.

GraphAI’s technological capabilities have already been widely validated in both academia and industry. In early 2025, the company was selected as a member of NVIDIA Inception, a startup nurturing program operated by NVIDIA, a global leader in GPU technology. It also consecutively published key technical papers at SIGMOD and VLDB, the most prestigious academic conferences in the database field. Additionally, the company has verified its practical applicability through collaborations with major Korean enterprises including Hanwha Ocean, Hanwha Systems, LG U+, and KT Cloud.

GraphAI CEO Minsoo Kim commented, “Obtaining the AWS Partner certification is an official recognition that our solutions meet global technology standards,” adding, “Building on this certification, we will further advance our product capabilities and lead the AI-dedicated database sector not only in Korea but also in the global market.”

Founded in 2022 by KAIST Professor Minsoo Kim and his research team, GraphAI plans to sequentially launch its integrated solutions on the AWS Marketplace by early 2026, expanding its global market strategy to enable companies worldwide to easily adopt its solutions.
